1. Eligibility and Account Registration

- Tunnelbiz reserves the right to moderate, remove, suspend, or restrict listings, stores, accounts, reviews, or transactions that violate platform rules, law, intellectual property rights, or customer safety standards.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape content without permission, manipulate reviews, abuse coupons or referral systems, or use the Site for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunnelbiz Studio Sdn Bhd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site, any listing, any transaction, delivery delays, seller conduct, or service interruption.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tunnelbiz Studio Sdn Bhd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of law, or infringement of any third-party right.
13. Suspension and Termination
